Mr Fidelis Anosike, Chairman and Chief Govt Officer (CEO), Folio Communications Ltd, has introduced his resignation from the corporate’s board.

Anosike in a press release he signed on Tuesday in Lagos disclosed that he made the revelation on Sunday (June 7, 2020) when he unveiled the brand new board members of the corporate.

He mentioned Folio Communications Ltd. is a conglomerate he based at a younger age of 24 after graduating from the College of Benin, the place he studied Inventive Arts.

Anosike mentioned that different corporations below the conglomerate are: Folio Nigeria powered by CNN, the Each day Occasions Nigeria, Miss Nigeria, 1st October, Occasions Multimedia and Inventive Africa Xchange (CAX).

Unveiling the brand new board members of the corporate, he gave their names as: Mr Sam Worlu, former Voice of Nigeria (VON) Director-Normal because the Chairman and Mr Noel Anosike because the Govt Vice-Chairman.

Others are, Malam Mohammed Ciroma as Non-Govt Director; Dr Victor Alaofin as Non-Govt Director; Mrs Chioma Okigbo as Non-Govt Director; and Mrs Chiamaka Igwe as Non-Govt Director.

Additionally on the board is Mr Aliu Akoshile who assumed management of the manager administration of Folio Communications as Managing Director/Editor-in-Chief, since Might 2019.
