President Muhammadu Buhari has reconstituted the Board of the Nigerian Nationwide Petroleum Company (NNPC).
The President, in an announcement issued by the Particular Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, stated the reconstitution adopted the expiration of the earlier Board.
“President Muhammadu Buhari has accredited the reconstitution of the Board of the Nigerian Nationwide Petroleum Company (NNPC), after the expiration of the time period of the board members appointed in 2016.

“Members of the brand new Board are: Mohammed Lawal (North West), Tajudeen Umar (North East), Adamu Mahmood Attah (North Central), Senator Magnus Abe (South South), Dr Stephen Dike (South East), and Chief Pius Akinyelure (South West).
“The brand new board can be in place for 3 years,” the assertion stated.
