Retired Supreme Court docket Justice Adolphus  Karibi-Whyte died on Friday aged 88.

Karibi-Whyte, who was Chairman of the Nigerian Constitutional Convention between 1994 and 95 died of a coronary heart assault in Port  Harcourt.

He was born on January 29,1932 in Abonnema, River State.

He learn legislation in England and was referred to as to the bar in 1961.
