The administration of the Ambrose Alli College (AAU), Ekpoma, has donated 5,000 reusable and washable facemasks to the Edo State Authorities, as a contribution to the state’s marketing campaign in opposition to the unfold of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Vice-Chancellor of the establishment, Prof. Ignatius Onimawo, who was represented by the Director, Centre for Entrepreneurial/Profession Research, AAU, Ekpoma, Prof. Osadolor Odia, offered the supplies to the Head of Service, Mr Anthony Okungbowa, on the Authorities Home, Benin Metropolis, yesterday.
Prof. Onimawo mentioned the supplies have been donated in assist of the state authorities’s effort to rid the state of COVID-19, noting that the facemasks are handy to make use of.
Based on him, “The facemasks have been produced on the Ambrose Alli College by the Centre for Entrepreneurial Research. We’ve modified the picture of the varsity in the previous couple of years and it now ranks extremely amongst its friends in Nigeria.”
